Our story

In 2020, Nico Weiss founded his company with one clear ambition: not merely to modify cars, but to perfect them. With technical insight, the courage to take risks and an unerring instinct for quality, he started with what he did best — software optimisation and bespoke vehicle modifications.

The early months were defined by long nights, little space and a great deal of improvisation. Yet that was precisely the school in which he sharpened his vision. His expertise and his feel for quality spread by word of mouth — and step by step, a one-man project grew into an emerging brand.

As demand grew, the garage soon became too small. In 2021 came the next astute move: relocating to a larger barn that offered space for more elaborate conversions and more precise work.

Investments were never made blindly, but strategically — in modern equipment, in knowledge, and in a network of reliable partners. Controlled, healthy growth instead of quick profits. Because only those who live and breathe quality endure.

While many workshops continued to serve every class of vehicle, Nico Weiss chose a bolder path: specialising in luxury and supercars — above all marques such as Lamborghini.

True excellence only emerges where there is focus. Discerning clients demand absolute perfection. Through uncompromising quality, bespoke solutions and exacting precision, a name was forged in the world of luxury — step by step.

With growing success came the next logical decision: the move to Windsbach. Across more than 1,000 square metres, a modern company building took shape, complete with a state-of-the-art workshop — equipped for precision work on cars that demand the very highest standards.

A milestone in both space and enterprise: clear decisions made at exactly the right moment.

Over the years, it was not only the company that grew, but its standards. Nico Weiss deliberately parted ways with partners whose understanding of quality fell short of his own, building instead a network of hand-picked specialists.

Today the company operates across Europe — with collection and delivery service, meticulous coordination, and the conviction that every car deserves to be treated as an individual masterpiece.

In early 2026, WEISS Automotive GmbH was founded — a defining milestone on the journey from specialist vehicle refiner to independent performance brand. For the first time, WEISS now also offers new cars for purchase: individually refined, technically and visually optimised, and bearing the WEISS name.

Clients receive not merely an exclusively configured car, but comprehensive, ongoing care — personal consultation, dedicated vehicle support, a warranty on every new car and tailor-made service programmes.
